One Saturday morning, Alex and Julia decided to try something new: a day without technology. No phones, no computers, and no TV. Their children, Noah and Mia, were surprised and a bit worried. "What will we do all day?" Noah asked.

At first, the house felt quiet and strange. Noah missed his video games, and Mia wanted to watch cartoons. But Alex had a plan. He suggested playing board games together. They chose a classic game and started playing. Soon, laughter filled the room.

By bedtime, everyone felt happy and connected. "That was fun!" Mia said. "Can we do it again next weekend?" Julia smiled and agreed. They learned that real connection comes from spending quality time together, not from screens.
